Banana Split Cheesecake Recipe

Banana Split Cheesecake Recipe Crust:

2 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3/4 cup melted butter

Combine the crumbs and butter and press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Set aside.

Filling:

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

4 cups powdered sugar

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

3 sliced bananas

1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (thawed)

8 maraschino cherries cut in half

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

1/2 cup pecan halves

With electric mixer on medium speed, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the crust and layer the pineapple and banana slices on top. Spread the whipped topping over the top and decorate with the cherry halves. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and pecans and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Serves 12.
