Brownie Bottom Cheesecake

Hi,

I love brownies and I love cheesecake, so when I saw the recipe on your site for brownie bottom cheesecake, I had to try it.

I made it this past summer to take to a cook out that a friend of mine was having at her house. There were about 10 people there and my cheesecake got rave reviews.

The only thing was, when we first cut into it, the brownie bottom didn't seem to be quite baked enough in the middle. I was a little embarrassed about the way it looked, but it didn't stop anyone from eating it. In fact, several people thought that it was actually so good because of the slightly fudgy consistency of the brownie crust.

I had only made one other cheesecake before this and it was a plain baked cheesecake. I think I feel more confident now and plan to make another one of your recipes the next time I have to provide a dessert for a gathering of my friends.

You have so many delicious looking recipes on your site that it's going to be hard to decide on which one to make next.

I'll let you know which one make and send a picture of it as well.
