cheesecake pan bottom

by Sophia
(Singapore)

Is there anyway I can remove the cheesecake pan's bottom from the cheesecake after baking? I am thinking of starting a small baking business and I don't want to lose the bottom part of my pan every time I bake a cake for someone.

Sophia,

You could put a piece of parchment paper or waxed paper over the bottom before putting in the crust and filling.

This way you can just slide the baked cheesecake right off the bottom piece and place it on the serving plate or where ever you wanted to place it.

Thanks so much for your question and good luck with your new business.

Debbie
