Cheesecake Tarts



Cheesecake Tarts Ingredients:

10 individual size ready to serve graham cracker crusts

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 (8 ounce) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup strawberry preserves

Fresh fruit or other toppings as desired

Directions:

Put spoonful of preserves in the bottom of each crust. Set aside.

With electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Blend in the sugar and vanilla until blended. Gently stir in the thawed whipped topping and spoon over the preserves in each crust.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Top as desired before serving.

Serves 10.
