Chocolate Chip Dip
This Chocolate Chip Dip is sure to be a hit at your next party. Cool, creamy and delicious are just some of the ways to describe this cream cheese dip. Ingredients: 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened 1 cup softened butter(not melted) 1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 and 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips Graham cracker sticks, vanilla wafers, pretzels or anything else you would like to use as dippers. Directions: With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Stir in the powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Mix in chocolate chips and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving. Serve with dippers of choice.
