chocolate on the bottom and plain on the top

by Teresa
(Miami)

I've only baked plain cheesecake but now would like to try baking one that has chocolate on the bottom and plain on top. Would I just split the batter and add melted chocolate to that portion of the mix? Can I just pour the plain mix over the chocolate mix and bake as usual?

Teresa,

That should work just fine and should give you the effect you want. Let me know how it turns out.
