I'm looking for a great plain cheesecake recipe that I can use in a steak house. I would also like to vary it up every once in a while. If you have any professional type recipes I would appreciate it.

Thank you

Richard:

Thank you for contacting me through my web site. I have only been working on my site for a little over a month and all of these recipes are ones that I have made at home, friends or family have made or are recipes I have found various places.

I don't know that any of them are professional quality recipes but one suggestion I have for your restaurant might be the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake under the Gourmet Cheesecake recipes. I have had a similar cheesecake in restaurants and it appears to be popular.

Another cheesecake that is popular in restaurants is a cinnamon cheesecake. A good recipe for that might be the Cinnamon Cheesecake Recipe under Baked Cheesecake recipes. Other suggestions might be: Raspberry Cinnamon Cheesecake in the Fruit Cheesecakes section. New York Style Cheesecake in the Plain Cheesecake Recipes section is always a favorite as well as Sublime Cheesecake and Amazing Cheesecake. In the Best Cheesecakes Recipes section you might want to try Best White Chocolate Cheesecake, Supreme Chocolate Chip Cheesecake which is a family favorite, or Vanilla Bean Cheesecake which is another good cheesecake to serve in a restaurant.

Let me know if this helps you. If you have a web site, I would be happy to link to your site or you are welcome to link to mine also.

Good luck with your restaurant and with finding a good cheesecake recipe!

"Hi, this is Tyler. I made your Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake It was really good, one thing that made it good was using mint oreo for the crust. It just made it a little more minty. Also, we added green food dye just for fun to make it look minty. My girlfriend and I made the coffee cheesecake and it is in the oven right now so I'll have to tell you how it turns out."

Tyler:

Thanks for submitting on my Contact Me page. I'm glad to hear that your cheesecake turned out well. I hope to hear from you again with any more cheesecake successes.
