I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast last night in MO and was served the most delicious cheesecake ever! I'm trying to find the recipe. The owner said it was a Warm (surprise or hidden) Hot Fudge Cheesecake. The crust was similar to shortbread with a layer of chocolate and the cheesecake portion was softer than a normal cheesecake. It was perfectly warm and delicious. It didn't have any sauce. Could you help me find this?
