I decided to make my very first cheesecake using your Vanilla Bean Recipe. I added a tablespoon and a half of corn starch to the filling section to increase the "cake-iness" of the body. It turned out beautiful and delicious. My wife tells me it's the best cheesecake she's ever tasted. I have to agree!!! I have pictures if you'd like to see them. Thank you for your website. It's a very generous and kind thing you are doing.

Seriously, tho', thank you so much, dear girl. My wish list? Color pictures of each cake included with its recipe and a section for visitor ratings/reviews & such, as it's a great way to find out if there's a major typo in a recipe (instead of finding out "the hard way", or even to find out how your "taste"compares with the average...which also tells us a lot as well.

And people love to share recipes or variations in such a forum, which is always helpful and fun to read. But no worries! Can't have everything, and I AM NOT complaining! I'm really very, very happy! ;-)

Your comments really put a smile on my face! I love your suggestions and I try to do that whenever possible.

I just started the web site about nine months ago and prior to that I didn't take pictures when I'd make a cheesecake. Now I try to take pictures every chance I get.

I appreciate your suggestions and like I said, I'll try to do that as much as possible. Please let me know how the cheesecakes turn out!
