Cool and Creamy Cheesecake Recipe

Cool and Creamy Cheesecake Recipe Crust:

1 cup graham crackers, crushed

1/2 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine the above ingredients and press firmly into a pie plate and set aside.

Filling:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

1 teaspoon lemon extract

With electric mixer on medium speed, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon extract. Fold in the whipped cream and pour into the prepared crust. Chill several hours in refrigerator. Garnish as desired before serving. This is great served plain or with toppings of choice.

Serves 8.
