Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients:

1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust

1/4 cup cold water

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 (10 ounce) package of frozen srawberries, thawed

milk

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve the gelating in the water over low heat, stirring constantly until completely dissolved.

With an electric mixer on medium speed, combine the cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Drain the strawberries and reserve the liquid.

Add milk to the reserved liquid until it measures 1 cup. Gradually add the gelatin mixture and the strawberry liquid/milk mixture to the cream cheese mixture until well blended. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

Fold in the whipped cream and strawberries and pour over the crust. Refrigerate until firm.

Garnish with additional whipped cream and strawberries if desired.
