Brownie Gary from Florida submitted this recipe: When I went to make this cake I didn't have a box of Brownie mix. So I found one on the net and and adjusted the recipe to fit the pan you called for and it worked perfectly. Plus, this Brownie recipe is as goof proof as the recipe you have for the filling. Recipe Ingredients: Enough batter for a 9" spring form pan. Ingredients: 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup cocoa 1/3 cup butter 2 eggs Recipe Directions: Melt together butter and cocoa 30 seconds at a time until butter is melted mixing as you go along. Then combine all ingredients in one bowl mix well and pour into spring form pan that has been sprayed with no stick spray. Bake this for 15 minutes at 350* F. then follow the instructions as per recipe.
