Dessert Cheesecakes


Dessert cheesecakes Ingredients:

2 packages of ready to use single serve graham cracker crusts (12 crusts)

2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened

2 eggs at room temperature

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Preehat oven to 350 degrees. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Blend in the sugar and vanilla until well blended then add the eggs one at a time and blend well after each addition.

Place the crusts (in their tins) on a cookie sheet and pour the filling evenly into all of the crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the centers are almost set.

Cool to room temperature then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before garnishing as desired and serving.

Serves 12.
