Easy Chocolate Cheesecake Ingredients: 1 ready-to-use chocolate cookie crust or graham cracker crust according to preference 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2 eggs at room temperature 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric mixer on medium speed, blend the cream cheese sugar and vanilla until well mixed. Add the eggs, one at a time, until well blended and then stir in the melted chocolate. Pour mixture into the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Serves 8
