Easy Cranberry Cheesecake

Easy Cranberry Cheesecake Ingredients:

1 ready to use graham cracker crust

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs at room temperature

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

3/4 cup chopped cranberries divided into 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees. With electric mixer on medium speed, mix the cream cheese, sugar, orange peel and vanilla until well blended. Add the eggs, one at a time blend well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cranberries and pour into the crust. Sprinkle with remaining cranberries.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until almost set. Cool until room temperature and tehn refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. Garnish with additional cranberries if desired.
