Easy Key Lime Cheesecake Ingredients: 1 read-to-use graham cracker crust 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk 1 (12oz) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 cup fresh lime juice (approximately 5 limes)this will taste much better and fresher than reconstituted lime juice. Directions: With electric mixer on medium speed, blend the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add the lime juice aand mix until it is thick and smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and pour the batter into the prepared crust. Refrigerate for several hours before serving this delicious and easy cheesecake. serves 8
