Easy Praline Cheesecake

Easy Praline Cheesecake Ingredients:

1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust

2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened

2 eggs at room temperature

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup almond brickle chips

3 tablespoons caramel sundae topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric mixer on medium speed, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add the eggs one at a time and blend well after each addition. Blend in the almond brickle chips.

Pour the mixture into the crust and spoon the caramel topping over the cheesecake batter and then run a knife through to marble it. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until almost set. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Serves 12.
