Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake

Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Ingredients:

1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust

2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened

2 eggs at room temperature

1/2 cup cannned pumpkin

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Dash of ground cloves

Dash of ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric mixer on medium speed, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add the eggs one at a time and blend well after each addition.

Stir the pumpkin and spices into 1 cup of the batter. Pour the plain batter into the crust and top with the pumpkin batter.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until almost set. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

Serves 8.
