Fruity No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Fruity No Bake Cheesecake Recipe Crust:

1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker Crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Combine the crumbs, sugar and butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Filling:

4 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed berries, thawed and drained

1 (8 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

With electric mixer on medium speed, combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in bowl until well blended. Mash the berries and stir into the cheese mixture. Fold in 2 cups of the non-dairy whipped topping and spoon over crust.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with remaining non-dairy whipped topping and garnish with fresh berries before serving.

Serves 12.
