Hersheys truffle brownie cheesecake
Hi, I have a question about Hersheys truffle brownie cheesecake....so I'm a pretty good baker i haven't done anything that has been burned or came out bad. But when I made this cheesecake it was a disaster! The whole brownie bottom was burnt and the cheesecake itself was rock hard. I even went back to my cookbook and looked to see if i did anything wrong..and I didn't I did exactly what the recipe called for and I'm pretty sure it wasn't my oven since it is fairly new. So my question is do you know what i could have done wrong? and maybe could you try the recipe for yourself and see how it comes out for yourself?
