ONE TO FOUR AT A TIME NEW
by: Norma Fantaroni

I bake four (4) cheesecakes at a time in my oven and I've never had a problem with them. I was taught to bake them at 350* for one hour...then turn off the oven and leave them alone for 5 to 6 hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR FOR ANY REASON ONCE YOU PUT THE CHEESECAKES IN TO BAKE !!! CLOSE THE DOOR AND LEAVE IT ALONE FOR ALL OF THE BAKING TIME AND COOL DOWN TIME. This will work for one or four....you don't open it to test for doneness or to move them from one side to the other...just bake them for one hour and then leave them in the oven while it cools down naturally. They are perfect every time!! My family raves about my cheese cakes...
