Low Carb Cheesecake Recipes

I have added this section of low carb cheesecake recipes for those of you who are counting carbs. I know carb counting is very popular these days and with these recipes you don't have to give up on great desserts just because you are watching what you eat.

The usual reasons to be on a low carb diet are varied. It could be to lose weight (and keep it off), keep your blood sugar levels in good balance, decrease your blood pressure and cholesterol or even for the increased energy the plan gives you. Whatever the reason, these recipes will satisfy you without making you feel that you are cheating.

I'm sure many of you that have been living on a low carb diet are much more of an expert than me when it comes to this. Hopefully some of you will be able to provide me with more great low carb cheesecake recipes that you have found.

Incredible Cheesecake

Ingredients:

5 packages 8 oz softened cream cheese

4 large eggs at room temperature

18 packets artificial sweetener

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 inch springform pan with non- stick spray. Combine the eggs, sweetener, vanilla and cream in a large bowl. With electric mixer on medium, blend the cream cheese until smooth. Add the egg mixture to the cream cheese and blend until well mixed. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Refrigerate overnight for best results and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.

Serves 16

Approximately 3 carbs per serving



With the addition of vanilla and almond flavoring and only 6 grams of carbs per serving, Low Carb Cheesecake might be a good recipe to try.

Some easy substitutions makes it easy for you to produce a Low Carb New York Cheesecake with 7 grams of carbs per serving.

Plain Low Carb. Cheesecake has a nutty base, great taste and only 10 grams of carbs per serving.
