Low Carb Cheesecake
Low Carb Cheesecake Ingredients:
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 eggs at room temperature
25 (1 g) packets Splenda or similar sugar substitute
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With mixer on medium speed, blend the cream cheese, sugar substitute, and extracts. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
Pour mixture into a pie pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F or until cracked and golden brown.
Allow to cool at room temperature and then chill for about 4 hours before serving.
Serves 8
Approximately 6 grams carbs per serving. 340 calories and 31 grams of fat.
