My Crust always crumbles

by Shivani
(Delhi, India)

Hi ,

I wanted to know why the crust of my no bake cheesecake always crumbles. I mix the butter and biscuits well and then line the base in a normal dish (don't yet have a spring form pan) and then add the filling.

However even after it is left in the refrigerator for 8 hours i cant cut a slice as the crust is too crumbly and the filling slightly liquidy..

What should i do???? I love cheesecakes and I just can't get them right

Pls help

Thanks

Shivani

Shivani,

I don't know what could be happening with the cheesecakes you're making. Are you following the recipes as they are written and making sure that you're using good quality ingredients? I would suggest trying that to see if it turns out for you. I hopoe you let me know. Good luck!
