Peach Cheesecake Bars

Peach Cheesecake Bars Ingredients:

2 cups sliced peaches

2 and 1/4 cups flour

2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar

1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 sticks cold butter

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese,softened

1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss the sliced peaches with cinnamon sugar in a bowl and set aside.

In another bowl combine the flour and powdered sugar. Cut the butter in until the mixture is crumbly. Reserve 2 cups of this mixture for the topping.

Press remaining mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes. While the crust is baking, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Blend in the condensed milk until smooth and then add the egg and vanilla until well mixed.

Remove the baked crust from oven and layer the peaches over crust evenly along with the peach juice.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over peaches and then sprinkle the reserved crust mixture over the cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.

Serves 20.
