Peppermint Cheesecake Recipe

Peppermint Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients:

1 ready-to-use chocolate graham cracker crust

1/4 cup cold water

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

2 chocolate candy bars, finely chopped

Dissolve the gelatin in the water over low heat and stirring constantly until dissolved.

With electric mixer on medium speed, combine the cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Gradually add the gelatin, crushed peppermint and milk until well blended.

Chill until slightly thickened and fold in the whipped cream and chocolate and pour into the crust.

Refrigerate until firm and garnish with additional whipped topping and crushed peppermint and chocolate shavings if desired.

Serves 12.
