Ricotta Cheesecake
Ricotta Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients: 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 T. pure vanilla extract 1 t . almond extract 1/8 t. lemon oil 1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese 1/4 cup flour, as needed Sour Cream topping: 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup sugar 1 T. pure vanilla extract 1/8 t. salt. Mix together and spread on cooled cake. Recipe Directions: Mix in a food processor the eggs, sugar, extracts and lemonoil. Add cheese and flour to desired consistency. Bake in a 350*F oven in a water bath for 50 to 60 minutes, turn off heat, crack door, let cool in oven.
